where Potomac,
dirty river, ran

C-SPAN)
to pollute the
troubled sea,
tripping round, his mind unsound,
dream of walls
layed 'pon the ground
down amidst the Tex-Mex hills
miraculously
cost-free.
Mexico would foot
the bill
for reasons only he could see.
